Make the list honest
A useful Keys itinerary is short.
The Overseas Highway is a two-lane chain, not a grid of shortcuts. Put overnight pillows, the boat or park check-in they support, and a fuel or charge stop before long bridges on the list. Leave the “every restaurant on the chain” pile in the directory search.
This planner does not book rooms, sell tickets or show live traffic. It orders directory listings you already chose. Re-open each listing’s source the morning you go—hours, ferry check-in, ramp fees and charger status still belong to the operator.
- Add places from any listing or hub with “Add to trip,” then open this page to order them north-to-south or south-to-north.
- Assign travel days around the scarce constraint: a charter check-in, a park reservation, or a ferry. Fill fuel, food and backups around that fixed time.
- Download, print or copy a share link when the list is honest. Re-check each source the morning you drive; the itinerary is not live operations data.
Practical questions
Before you treat this as a booking tool
Where is my trip stored?
On this device, in the browser. You do not need an account to build a list. Copy a share link if you want a snapshot you can send or reopen later; replacing a trip from a link is explicit, not silent.
What belongs on a useful Keys trip list?
Overnight pillows, the boat or park check-in they support, a fuel or charge stop before long bridges, and one backup for weather. Do not load the list with every restaurant on the chain. North-to-south order matches mile markers dropping toward MM 0.
Is the planner a live booking or traffic tool?
No. It orders directory listings you already chose. Hours, ferry check-in, ramp fees and charger status still belong on the operator or agency page the morning you go.
