Two private fishing boats bring in stone crab, lobster, Key West shrimp and local fish, and the open-air room has a full bar with organic or sustainable wines and spirits, hand-crafted cocktails and craft beer. The house Stoned Lobster puts stone crab claws, a whole spiny lobster and Key West pink shrimp stuffing on one plate, with seafood from Three Hands Fish, a Florida Keys sustainable seafood initiative.
