National Park Service concession seaplane service from the general aviation side of Key West International Airport to Garden Key, flying morning, afternoon and full-day round trips; the operator says it has been the only approved seaplane service to the park since 2010. Its two 10-passenger de Havilland Turbine Otter amphibians give everyone a window seat and a headset, and the flight is narrated. Snorkel gear, coolers, ice and bottled water or soft drinks are supplied, but no food is sold on the island, so full-day passengers bring a packed lunch.

The high-speed catamaran carries day visitors and a limited number of campers 70 miles from the Key West ferry terminal at 100 Grinnell Street to Fort Jefferson on Garden Key. Tickets include the park entrance fee, snorkeling equipment and the option of a guided tour of the fort with one of the operator's naturalists.
